ROBOT ARM DESIGN
In order to improve upon a base design I was required to reverse engineer a currently existing endifactor for a robot palletizing system. This required the completion of field measurements / verification and the development of a complete CAD model including manufacture grade drawings. From this base I then proceeded to develop modification to the design to improve the functionality of the overall tool. These modifications had to be completed without greatly increasing the weight of the assembly as each additional pound would affect the maximum moments created by the robot palletizing system.
